Haworth Steampunk Weekend is held every year since November 2013 (on each occassion as a charity event raising funds for Sue Ryder's "Manorlands" hospice in Oxenhope) the steampunk weekend is now a regular annual event for Haworth Village - attracting fans of the steampunk genre from far and wide !The steampunk genre "reimagines" Victorian and Edwardian science fiction (as typified by the works of e.g. H.G. This weekend, we got to take an unexpected trip to The Lake! And guess what was better? We were the only ones there. So no one cared when I dock dived, retrieved, and shook water off myself over, over, and over again.
Now, Mom says she thinks this trip meant I should have been good, because I got a treat. I didn't think so at all. Hence the BGC activity of the morning: waiting until Mom turned her back and then jumping up so my paws were on Bella's high chair tray and eating her breakfast right along with her! Bella thought I was hysterical. Mom did not.

Tijdens het weekend van 9 en 10 januari 2016 werd in de Broodfabriek in Rijswijk de jaarlijkse Modelspoordagen gehouden.
Ik ben er op zaterdag geweest en heb van enkele banen wat foto's gemaakt.

A macro lens may have come in handy, here, but, I gave mine to my son. Funny how, I never used it much when I had it, then after I give it away, I wanna use it all the time. lol The story of my life.
Last week was a bit hectic. Although I was carrying my camera where ever I went, there was no time to take it out of the bag!
Yesterday, (Sat), Archana and I drove from Phoenix to San Diego in a rather hectic way to get to a friend's party on time. We stopped for about 30 minutes at this sand dunes place somewhere on interstate 8. Its a perfect location for shooting some action. Lot of motor enthusiasts having fun there in the sand. I think we pulled off some interesting shots within this short 30 minutes. We will post the series over the next few days.
