Hired to design website for embroidery company. Worked side by side to the owner and gave her exactly what she wanted which was variety (every page has a different background). Home page carries a very simple flash banner for the designs tab. Illustrator, Fireworks, Photoshop and Dreamweaver were all use to create this whole site.

Being the Publicity Coordinator on the Alexander Mackenzie High School DECA Chapter 2004-2005, I was responsible for creating a website, logo, and the banner seen on the title page. The goal was to create an information portal for students interested in joining DECA and existing member. The colour scheme, resembling the official high school colour scheme was developed and maintained throughout online and print material.

We will be redesigning the Truman State University Student Life page. As Truman students for almost three years now, we feel that the current Student Life page does not do the campus or the town of Kirksville justice and does not provide prospective students with easy access to everything that Truman can offer them outside of classes.
Our goal is to create a Student Life page for high school juniors and seniors who are trying to decide where to go to college. A big determining factor for most students when deciding on a college is not only what type of education they will be getting but what type of services and activities the campus and town can provide. We have simplified the content from the old page by reducing the original eight catagories to four simpler catagories: Fun, Living, Places and Services. This will provide quick access to the four main pages and then up to two or three links from each of those pages that will lead the viewer to more detailed information if they so desire.
The overall design is simpler and cleaner than the original and uses more effective imagery. Each of the four main pages will feature one large black and white image that is relevant to the content on that page. The color palette is limited to the classic Truman purple, black, white and cream. The original Truman logo along with the traditional Truman fonts, Trajan Pro and Adobe Garamond Pro are used to maintain consistency with the original Truman site.
Ultimately, our goal is to promote Truman as more than an opportunity for a great education but a place where you can meet new people, experience new and exciting things and prepare yourself for a successful future while having fun!

http://www.mykirklands.com If anybody has been wondering where I've been for the last 3 months, well, this is it. And for the record, it wasn't just me on this site, it was Pupon, Jeff, Neely, Ann, Caroline, Tim, Bruce, Rachael, Katie, and the Kirkland's marketing team that made this happen. Whew! Can't wait to see where it goes from here. Ok, peace out for another 3 months ;)
