While watching the waves, for a moment I thought I'm somewhere else and the time is different.

I had to get away from the everyday rush and clear my mind. I found my peace here, at the shore of Lake Ontario. The weather wasn't good. It was windy and cloudy, but it didn't matter ...

I know waves are not friendly to people sometimes, but I captured these waves from my hometown, Kalutara North, Sri Lanka. I feel like they are friendly!!!

St Monans pier in the east coast of Fife. It's actually tougher than it looks to photograph this. The waves are very unpredictable and every so often, you get battered with water.
