Warren Buffett -

Thank you for your kind visit. Have a wonderful and beautiful day! xo❤️

When Joseph Piccolo arrived in Omaha in 1909 from his native Sicily,he bought an old blacksmith shop at 2202 S. 20th Street. In 1922,he turned that property into a grocery store, then a beer garden and finally in 1934, with son Anthony in charge,Piccolo Pete's Restaurant. The name was shortened to Piccolo's.

A family photograph of Anthony Piccolo inspired the landmark sign of a piccolo player that still hangs over the front door.

Piccolo's was one of two longtime family-owned steakhouses - Gorat's remains the other - that billionaire investor Warren Buffet recommended to Berkshire Hathaway convention goers. Buffet was a longtime customer and really enjoyed their famous root beer floats.

A strong foundation awaits the i-house Core II.

It takes 20 years to build a reputation and five minutes to ruin it. If you think about that, you'll do things differently.

The i-house is built indoors in an weather-stable, clean environment. Unlike standard housing, the interior of Clayton's homes are never exposed to outdoor elements during manufacturing.

Precision engineering and safety measures fuel the placement of the i-house core on its foundation.

As the Core II and Flex sections arrive on the property, set up begins on Charles Davis' home.

Strategic planning and management is one of the keys to the success of the business. And this is what brought Warren Buffett to where he is now. He is the world's second richest man according to the Forbes Magazine. His net worth is approximately $62 billion. Buffett is often called the “Oracle of Ohama” or “Sage of Omaha”. Right now, he is the largest shareholder, chairman and CEO of the company Berkshire Hathaway.

If the Chinese business man Wang Chuanfu's goal is to lull us to sleep - he has succeeded. The styling is mundane and lackluster. But beware - under the hood of this dragon is Wang's deep desire to be China's top automaker by 2015. He plans on being #1 in the world by 2025. Unreasonable? Think again. Build Your Dream (BYD) sold 450,000 vehicles in 2009 alone. China is pushing hard to "Go inland." That is - to sell in China first - then conquer the foreign lands. Vehicle sales are skyrocketing - The China Association of Automobile Manufacturers reported auto sales in second (41%) and third-tier (51%) cities surged for the first 9 months of 2009. Once fortified in China - watch out for the U.S. takeover. Design can be acquired as seen by Hyundai - when they hired Joel Piaskowski. He was wooed away to Mercedes early last year. BYD is the largest supplier of cell phone batteries in the world. Combine the worldly know-how with visionaries like Warren Buffet, who recently made a 10% investment in the nascent company. With up to 205 miles between charges, and torque that rivals a Ford F-150 pickup truck, the e6 may have just enough performance for American's to overlook the dull appearance.

When starting to invest, understanding your risk tolerance, time horizon and desired returns are imperative for determining your optimal portfolio allocation mix. One such area that I especially find interesting is looking at investment returns by allocation.
