A Journey towards Success
Life is a stage in which you gain experience and learn new things every day. When you are born no one teaches you how to suck milk but you try and achieve what you desire at that moment.
So, keep on trying is the key to success. Success is the reward that is tasted by people who put effort to attain something. When I completed my Master's, my first priority was to get hired at someplace to gain experience.
I got hired the very next day after the completion of my exams. But, I wasn’t an experienced teacher at the beginning. There was the old staff who held on to controlling every aspect of the school system (supervisors).
I observed their acts and learned reasons due to which they were successful and proved myself to be part of those employees. The people who were not letting any new members in their team then added me to their circle.
My employer once told me that I don’t have confidence in conversing in English, I tried and kept on speaking English, either right or wrong and there was a time where I hosted one of the biggest events in the institution.
Therefore, I have a strong belief in the methodology of try, try and try again and there will come a day when you will be able to achieve your target.

Occasionally, I am away from home. When away, I see beyond the pervious walls that surround me: conventions, expectations, and my daily can of worms.
From 5 billion kilometers away, I look at our world and it is just a pale blue dot. Jupiter looks like an orange and Earth looks like a dried blueberry.
I tilt my head a little and guess what I see? Solar sails. From such a distance, the light sails resemble leaves falling off a tree. Parched crisps enshrouded in the darkness moving towards the light.
Up there you realize the obvious connection between the large and the tiny. Today, I did not go too far. Just about 550 km above Earth’s atmosphere.
Even though I have seen galaxies and stars, the Hubble Space telescope is by far the most beguiling. It is like a giant version of the one I made at summer camp this year. It has these gyroscopes and an aluminum baffle that shines like a light azore.
I touched the electrical box Kathryn Thornton put into the telescope on the repair mission. I felt like I was touching the metallic sheen of an Akhal-Teke.
For 17 years, I have felt sweat drip down my back in summers and I have felt the glacial cold of winters turn my feet to stone. When all your life you have been sensible of so much, you can feel the nothingness even more.
My arms free in the nothingness make me look like a wacky waving tube man. The whole world under my feet looks like a bowling bowl with finely carved marble designs on it.

Considering child marriage in Pakistan is quite challenging mostly because of its associations with culture, tradition, and above all religion.
Social norms are hardly established in mass communities which affect the decision-making of parents and especially girls or early age.
A cause for this can be the lack of education in most areas throughout the world, marriage is considered as a time of celebration and a momentous occasion for adults.
For this very responsible decision, relying on young minds can cause devastating effects later.
Imposing the burden of marriage upon an innocent child means that their childhood is cut short and their due rights are highly compromised.
In Pakistan, the decision of a girl is not considered as much and hence the most important decision of her life is handed over to the adults.
Keeping in view the monetary condition of the spouse-to-be, the marriage is placed. No laws are kept under consideration in this regard and the quantity of dowry is much preferred.
Even the religion is misrepresented to give weight to a wrong stance. Although implementing all the above-mentioned stances might be difficult since the population of Pakistan is growing tremendously.
But implementation from a small area to large chunks and then to province and hence the whole country might be possible.
Religion might not be misused to prove the stance. Appropriate evidence must be considered before taking any stroke.

I keep surfing the internet and love downloading and testing various software. Recently I downloaded some Apple, Inc. software which they made for Windows users.
As I preceded their installation, the installation process was different from other apps which Microsoft developers or other local developers build.
The installation setup was simple, basic, and looked pretty. The application (Quicktime Player) was efficient enough to run videos in high quality and with great colors.
The interface of the application was outstanding, almost all of their (Apple’s) applications made for Windows users is simple yet powerful.
I noticed that Apple's applications for Windows get updated quite frequently. It’s because they are concerned about the security of their application user, no matter if they are using them on Windows or not.
Their applications for Windows users are Quicktime Player, iCloud, and iTunes and each of them is a masterpiece.
Either Apple’s developers are great at making applications for windows or they only hire high-quality windows developers for their applications.

An Ecstatic Journey to Umluj
“Travel and Change of Place impart new vigor to the mind.”
One of the most beautiful and mystical adventures of my life so far was the time I streamed across the shorelines of Umluj, down the Northwest coast of Saudi Arabia and one of the governorates of the region.
The majestic nature of the place qualifies itself to be known as the Maldives of Saudi Arabia. Each day of that trip brought new stunning sights and exquisite adventures, as might be expected from such a grand landscape and a precarious mode of travel.
I remember the breathtaking part of this trip when we canoed near the island situated in the middle of the ocean and fed the heavenly seagulls charming the blissful aura.
Swimming in the refreshing, crystal clear water was another magnificent addition to the memory.
That evening ended with a spectacular sunset and a bonfire later at night.
Another serene experience was camping at the seashore and joyful gatherings with loved ones.
It was all a surreal experience that became saddening for me when we were about to leave.
This trip brought me closer to nature and emphasized the importance of soul-feeding.
The ecstatic experience will always be remembered in the most aesthetic and glorious ways.

Instead of giving wrongdoers simple and community service punishments, this has been a tradition in every country to put the people behind the bars for committing first-time and even minor offenses.
Which, apparently cost millions to feed and provide them with luxurious facilities in jails.
The fact can not be denied that, as mentioned in every constitution, arresting someone is to disable him/her of their life and liberty.
Therefore, firstly we better find rhyme and reason behind the commission of such offenses.
However, the offense is against human nature, that's why only mentally ill and frustrated people could do it, especially when they find nothing good to render for the amelioration of the society.
Literature also plays a vital role in reducing crimes, In the case that, all the folks are taught good literature and positive behavior.
Unfortunately, our educational institutions do not think ahead for this important task.
Thus we have commercialized this profession, Therefore the Government better play its role in solving the issues being faced by our people in society.
Such as; Poverty, inflation, illiteracy, unemployment, and specifically poor schooling system.
The government should work on alleviating the youth from depressive environments by providing them with something good and positive which could transfer their lives from darkness to light simultaneously.

A teenager playing Golf at a golf club in San Antonio was almost struck by lightning while firing golf balls into a storm.
In this video posted to San Antonio Topgolf's Instagram page Thursday, Tomas Enrique Gomez, 18, is seen hitting an 88mph ball during a rainstorm, when out of nowhere - it was struck by a massive bolt of lightning.
This majestic sight for sour eyes was a sight to see as something like this usually comes once in a lifetime.

There is this new video-making app launched recently, based on the format of TikTok this application is growing very rapidly. People are making their accounts and encouraging others to create them too.
The real charm in this is that the application is paying you to be a viewer or creator of it. After you sign up, the system asks you what will be the purpose of your account. Are you a viewer? Or do you want to create videos?
If the answer is viewing, they will ask you to share the link with your friends and family and motivate them to create an account, only if others create an account through your link, you will be paid for it. Then there is scoring also, your watching time is also credited.

This application has been downloaded almost 100M times from the app store and has a rating of 4.5. Its user friendly and helps the customer earn just by simply using the app.
Although this app is monetized and the monetization process is much easier than YouTube or other platforms it has a lot of drawbacks, first and foremost it makes the user addicted, with the sole purpose of earning.
This makes the user watch it for long periods of time. Kids are aimlessly using it without any parental guidance, adults are managing this application along with their work which is affecting everything.

· NEVER allow your children to have male friends who are older than them.
· Always look after your child when he/she is studying with a male teacher alone.
· Don’t force your child to meet that special individual, about whom your child is complaining or feels fear.
· Make a friendly environment at home so that he may feel free to talk about anything.
· Tell your child about all sexual things at an appropriate age because if today you are not talking about this, then society will tell them in a bad way.
· Tell your child that their private parts should not be exposed before anyone, also tell them if anyone tries to touch them they must resist.
· Look at your internet history to see what your child is trying to see and know.
Childhood is the most blissful time of one’s life. We have to secure our children’s childhood. As parents, we should know our role and as responsible citizens, we must ensure the safety of each child.
Raise them in a way so they know to say NO to every shameful action.

Public libraries in Pakistan
Public libraries are a need of every society for the betterment of our young generation and old. A library is a place where you find peace, comfort, and knowledge simultaneously. The national library of Islamabad is one of the finest libraries.
The national library of Pakistan is located in the red zone area of Islamabad, the capital city. This Library has a collection of 34,000 Books to regulate the use of Library facilities and was established in July 1996 for the public.
It's a very formal and peaceful environment. Its normal timing is 08:00 am to 03:00 PM and Sunday off. It is really a great opportunity for the students to quench their thirst for knowledge by discovering new and fascinating ideas from the books.
Instead of sitting at home idle and wasting precious time on useless things, one ought to take time and visit libraries. Because, even if you don't intend to study, the environment of the library will compel you to open a book and get new ideas.
Not only the national library but there are many others existing in the twin cities and more in the rest of the country. On the other hand, Dr. Muhammad Hamidullah Library (IRI) is one of the most peaceful, with a nice setting. This is located near the Faisal Mosque of Islamabad. It opens from 8:30 am to 7 approximately.
I can not describe the beauty and peaceful environment of these libraries, what I believe is a library is the best place to enjoy your existence.
Culture as Constraint or Freedom
Culture is a set of rules and customs that a group of people defines while living in a certain territory. These rules can be norms, disciplines, myths, believes, or simply traditions.
Methods in Society:
The disciplines of a society define the behavior of every individual living in a certain society. The strong societies possess strong social norms that are constricting and hence no unconventionality is tolerated.
These societies restrict freedom and in the end, liberalism is disappeared. This act can be encompassed in culture as a constraint, but in most matters, people living with such social norms can get used to it.
Culture provides Privileges:
We all have been through situations where our opinion and decision need approval from the elders of the home.
However, in some parts of the world, adults take independent decisions. This social rule has its own flaws and ascendancy.
Boundaries for future directions:
A group of people living in a territory learn and seek from each other. Both bad and good conduct can be learned from the people around.
As a constraint, the learning can be restricted too. For instance, there are certain jobs that are not considered appropriate for girls and others for boys either due to religion or social acceptance.
Conditional Norms:
There exist certain norms containing no evidence and or a sturdy reason for them to be present.

It was still a long time to go out hunting and the stomach was making churning noises.

Life Found under Antarctica
Life has been difficult in Antarctica because of severe cold temperatures. The temperature on a windy and dry day can fall below -60°C. This temperature makes life even for humans impossible to exist for long.
The researchers on 16 February 2021 accidentally discovered life under the deadly cold ice shelves of the Antarctic. Even for the animals of cold environments, it is impossible to survive due to such extreme cold and harsh circumstances.
This discovery of these unidentified living specimens has led the researchers to history where at some point in time such creatures would exist but never found. Though the life found under Antarctican shelves has not been given a name yet.
In the meantime, the appearance of these species has been classified as sponges, ascidians, hydroids, barnacles, worms, polychaete, and cnidarian. The real family of these species is still under consideration.
The researcher embedded cameras and a recorder to track the routine of 16 sponges-like species and 22 other alien species that were resting on the rock in the dark. A strange stalking attitude was seen from the sponges making no sound reason for their movement.
For now, with all the research made, the temperature is not survivable for any species in the family of sponges. Plus, there are some studies revealing that perhaps there exist more alien species deeper in the shelves.

Fear never allows one to move ahead in life or cross the ambit of confusion. And nobody thinks on a vast level until and unless he crosses that border of fear. My fear always intimidated me from discovering new things and new ideas.
One day while sitting with my whole family, I was encouraged by my father, who happens to be my ideal personality and friend. He asked me not to give up and keep trying. He told me that your hard work will definitely pay off someday and you will surely get what you wish in bona fide.
Soon after that day, I decided to move ahead and end every negative thought, confusion, misconception, and especially fear. In the beginning, I used to think that law is undoubtedly one of the most respectful professions since the past times. As venerated people of that time were referred to as; your grace, your honor, and you please.
Which filled a kind of zeal and zest in me to work on it, instead of knowing what overwhelming quantity of people in the present consider this profession to be the most difficult and unjust. But in reality, a lawyer is one who fights for the rights of others.
When a lawyer steps into the honorable court, he fights against the state and its rules. He protests to compensate his client though he merely gets the fee that his client could afford. And this idea of helping others without excessive greed encouraged me to opt for this field and eventually I fell in love with this profession.

Just came through a heart-wrenching incident that took place outside. Where the cruelty of humanity and justice could be seen very clearly. Truly, I was taken aback to see two parties contracting for an animal to fulfill the Sunnah of Prophet Ibrahim and to sacrifice that animal on the blessed day of Eid UL Adha.
It is hard not to crack, to believe that in the midst of a contract, both the parties got into a quarrel no matter on what issue and so one of the parties threw acid on the animal of the other party. I won't believe in any way that this is a human act at all.
Humanity is above and beyond. It teaches us to live peacefully with love, brotherhood, and harmony. Even it is mentioned in the book of Allah that suggests keeping patience because Allah is with those who expect justice from him. Apart, the love and value of humanity are also proved from the teachings of Prophet PBUH. The prophet of Allah taught us to behave gently toward our elders, show affection to our children, and love our teachers and parents. In fact, this is the real meaning of humanity.
But unfortunately, non of the above-mentioned qualities are found in our society these days. On very tiny issues we get in fights with others, we abuse them, threaten them of grave consequences and try our best to cause them harm come what may. But this is not what our religion teaches us. Islam requires us to value humanity and live with peace and brotherhood.

Life can never bring good to those people who believe 'first impression is the last impression'. Opportunity comes when it's time, scratches heal in time and even the people you miss will rush back to you when it's time. Don't judge the day by ' how ' it looks, judge it by how it can look and how you want it to look like.
Time has a great cure in it. No matter how big the wound is, no matter how much the heart is broken; time will make it all okay one day. Life can never bring happiness forever. The hardships come as a blessing in order to make us strong and consistent.
In our daily life, we face happiness and trouble altogether. It’s up to us whether we stop at these hard times or move on to continue life. Meantime it seems that life has slowed down or it's not possible to move further.
Losing someone is the biggest grief a human can ever go through. It is not compensable by any worldly substantial. But time can make a slight release in that pain. Human psychology is blessed with ‘forgetting’. Humans forget the past, with the passage of time.
Although time heals the hurt, there is always no guarantee that how long it will take to heal entirely. What difference that healing will bring to the life and personality of the person.
Briefly, leaving everything in time and putting no effort to come out of the pain will make the wound take longer to heal. The will-power of the person matters so much.

Pakistan Needs more Vocational Training Centers for Financial Independence
National Human Development Report revealed that 64% of Pakistan’s population is less than 30 years that makes it the youngest population in Asia.
Pakistan’s youth unemployment annual increase is estimated at 1.5 million. There are 3,798 TVET institutes operating in Pakistan only.
These institutions have a limited capacity as they can accommodate half a million trainees only.
Youth generally prefer to get higher education to technical and vocational training due to the outdated curricula.
Participation of Women is restricted, Government funding for TVET training is very low and there is a major shortage of good trainers.
Sophisticated and specialized skills are required for most employments these days, but there is a dearth of communication observed between technical and vocational education training institutes (TVET).
Private organizations and government departments prefer to give jobs to individuals with higher education to TVET diplomats.
“Government should establish at least one technical and vocational educational university in each province”.
Government adopts some measures to accelerate the performance of TVET in Pakistan. The provincial and federal governments should raise funds for TVET institutions.
Zucchini (Tinda) healthy Curry
Zucchini (Tinda) healthy Curry recipe
Prep time: 20 minutes Cooking time: 20 minutes Total time: 40 minutes
Ingredients:
738 g/25.6 oz: chopped Zucchini (tinda)
99 g/3.5 oz: chopped onion
638g/22.5 oz: tomato puree/(blended)
100 ml: water
2 tsp: oil
1 tsp: curry powder, paprika powder, coriander powder
½ tsp: salt, cumin
Instructions
Heat the oil add onion when it begun golden browning add cumin.
Add tomato puree, salt and all spices cover with lid cook for 1 minute.
Add Zucchini (tinda) mix all then add water.
Cover and cook over low heat, stirring a few times till cooked (18 minutes).
Garnish with chopped coriander, lemon etc and serve.
Tips
This recipe will make 3 servings.
After peeling 1 kg Zucchini will become 738 g/25.6 oz.

It’s strange that we've much relish to adopt the 'in vogue' accessories than to modify the conventional words of our books. That's why, in the vacancy of it, most students are reluctant to open the book and rapt the stuff written a century ago.
The authorities pay heed to bring in fashion, new games, shows, and gadgets but not a new syllabus. It is not that we have a lack of good writings and words to add in books. It is only the slovenly attitude of authorities. Every student has a different aptitude from the other.

The students are doomed to learn the pages not to understand them or use the concept out of the fantasy world. Another issue is that Urdu literature is something out of vogue.
The amorous poetry, backward stories, and poor people's lives; something which has nothing to do with modern concepts. There are many new writings in Urdu literature worth adding to the syllabus.
It seems a great blessing to students to get rid of Urdu in higher classes. Unless the scope falls with Urdu literature. Though it's our national language. It can't efface and neither it should be. It's our identity. A stern way of communication.

FORMATION OF HYPERSPECTRAL IMAGES USING COMPUTATIONAL ENGINEERING
Images are quite often used for comparison to identify changes in an environment. The field of Computational Engineering is able to model and analyze such changes and for that, different types of images are considered.
The most common of these images is a three-layer RGB image which symbolizes the environmental condition viewed at Red wavelength, Green wavelength, and Blue wavelength all layered together on top of each other to form a single-color image.
Adding further layers at various wavelengths now exceeding the three layers, the image enters the multi-spectral and hyper-spectral image domain. As points of observation (wavelength) have increased, so have the details or information collected from the image.
To form such images, material conditions are required. Major recent works aim for a modeling, analysis, and prediction tool for generating IR signature with segmental analysis of various environments (water, vegetation, rocks, etc.) based on transient heat transfer, flow state, and material composition (e.g., density, specific heat, thermal conductivity).
To reduce errors of computation when compared with actual experimental results, experimental emissivity and reflectance are introduced for IR signature calculation.

“Nature’s beauty is truly dazzling”, I wonder, as I wander around nature’s glories in my garden, on a vivid summery morning.
It is awe-inspiring; as beautiful as April rains – the sweet aroma that wafts through the bright, subtle flowers – like rare jewels sparkling in the morning light – brought alive by the delightful songs of the birds and the jingle-jangle of wind chimes – a perfect mix only Nature can create.
I am home, yet I feel homesick for a place I have never been. I belong here, yet I miss the thought of belonging somewhere.
I sit at home, and daydream about a strange, distant land; this unidentifiable desire consumes me - for I do not know what I long for, but I know I yearn for a place of reinvention, for limitless possibilities to wipe my slate clean and start anew, for a chance let go of the confining mental constructs - to re-create and re-envision my being in a way I choose.
The floral fragrance wafts through the rustling flowers aligning the central fountain awakening in me an exclusive bond – I long to hold my breath and revel in my daydreams.

Pakistan is heading toward a COVID-19’s 4th wave emergency, yet the response of the Federal government has so far been unsatisfactory. Experts say the country could face a huge catastrophe if the authorities don't act properly.
"What can we do about the coronavirus? One can die of a heart attack. Death is inevitable and it could come anywhere," is the general perception of the public.
Karachi is Pakistan's financial hub with a population of around 20 million people yet, As of 30th May, around 21870 COVID-19 cases have been reported in the metropolis, and around 66457 nationwide, out of which the southern Sindh province has reported more than 26113 which kept increasing since then.
Experts say the coronavirus cases in Pakistan are steadily increasing, yet the authorities and the common people seem to be taking the issue lightly for the next wave.
Like Saudi Arabia and other countries, Pakistan imposed a ban on mosque prayers and large religious gatherings, resulting in a backlash from religious groups. The prime minister and President met with prominent religious clerics to take them into confidence about the health measures.
Despite the vaccination urge, the next few days are crucial for Pakistan's coronavirus battle. If the cases continue to multiply, the authorities will have to impose lockdowns once again, but that is easier said than done.
United we stand
In past times, people lived individually near the Nile River and other surrounding areas. They followed the concept of living alone and that brought nothing but chaos and destruction. The people starved to death if there was too short rain. In the case of too much rain, water overflowed and ruined everything they had.
Because, it was really hard to build dams or dig canal routes for long distances to protect areas, and no person could offer that overwhelming measure of laborers alone as well.
So Gradually, they realized that the only way to get out of the superstition of living prosperously even while living divided. They started believing in unity and became a single nation ready to meet any coming challenges.
After calamities and failures, they came to know that unity is what matters for the life ahead. So they eventually proclaimed the idiom sometimes mentioned even in present times, which is 'United We Stand'.
Instead of believing that I alone can do everything, I must praise unity which would surely strengthen me, and that I have special obligations towards its members inspires me to care about others and make sacrifices on their behalf. Without unity and nationalism, we would be living in tribal chaos.
Unity is support, satisfaction and so produces happiness. Therefore the only way to move ahead and have something good and fascinating, we too, will have to carry out the idiom which says, 'United we Stand' in our lives.

Over the past two centuries, English has established itself as the lingua franca of the world. 400 million people speak English as a first language and close to a billion people speak it as a second language.
English has become the language of scientific research and commerce. Half of all scientific and technical journals in the world are written in English, half of all newspapers are English and increasingly major corporations have initiated a process of ‘English-ization’ in the businesses.
English is convenient, it facilitates communication between groups of people who do not share native languages. The language has boosted commerce and diplomatic relationships and has proved to be essential to learn in the modern era. English is an incredibly powerful tool.
However, the question raised by critics is the major opportunity cost associated with English. Recently, there are raising concerns worldwide about the threat that English poses to local languages and dialects.
In countries like Iceland, where English is gaining significant influence, it is feared that local languages will die out to the killer language. Languages are innately connected to culture, when a language dies, the culture follows.
There is a balance to be made here. Focusing completely on the development of English will only lead to the native language dying.

However, the essential thing that needs to be remembered is not to give up. Keep the fire of hope burning within you because it is the only hope that can make you feel alive.
Life is fluid. As the rule, the universe eventually maintains its balance which means you are not meant to spend your entire life this way. This is just a phase that will ultimately pass.

HONOR KILLING
Honor killing is the worst kind of violent act done with females.
People kill their daughters, sisters, and mothers and it is not considered, as a specific act against Islam. They forget killing someone is also not allowed in Islam.
The ratio of honor killing is more in villages and backward areas because of less illiteracy rate.
We don't educate our children, keep them in the same environment where they don't learn about good and bad and do the same stuff as their forefathers did.
Over thousands of cases regarding honor killing are reported in the last few years.
And sadly our government is too lazy to take any strict action. Killing and taking someone's life has become too easy in Pakistan.
HOW TO OVERCOME HONOR KILLING:
*We should educate our children, tell them what is allowed in Islam and what is not.
*We should do strikes on honor killing and take a stand for the ladies who can't speak for their rights in their own homes.
*Strict laws and punishments should be arranged for the people who do honor killing.
*In these cases we should tell them about right and wrong or treat them through law. Killing shouldn't be an option.

6G Technology
5G (5th generation) technology standard is already in the initial days of its disposition. The notions of 6G technology are under consideration by professionals. For the users, it will be a new and fun experience to see the whole new interfaces and speed.
Though it will not take much time to adopt the new generation since we are already so much indulged in the technology that every day’s new change is not hard to cope up with. Many projects have been started to contrivance 6G throughout the world.
Perhaps it will replace 1-second communication with nano-seconds. No matter how advanced the technology is, it will require the investment to bring in a new generation to the whole world. However, some say that 6G will not be implemented entirely at a single time.
Instead, the 6th generation will be named as ‘Improved 5G’ or ‘New %5’ technology. Though some discourses have disclosed that the 5th generation will not be replaced by the 6th generation and the user may continue with the current technology.
Also if 6G is released, it will use a higher frequency than 5G which will lead to a higher data transfer rate and ultimately to a decrease in latency. Considering these facts, the devices will be updated, towers may be modified or the antennas will maybe remanufacture to keep up with these changes.
For the engineering of 6G technology, the manufacturing of 5G will be taken under consideration.
