Just a slight dusting of snow left on the tops here in Snowdonia ...but with some horrible weather due , I decided that today was my only chance to get out there .......

This guy didn't sit the entire 20 minutes we were there. At his standing desk in the coffee shop, he worked on his music arrangement, focused and determined to finish before closing time.
Taken on Swansea Beach a few nights ago. As I was hurtling along at a snail's pace to get into position to get the sunsetting behind The Guildhall, I passed a young woman paddling in the water looking as if she didn't have a care in the world.
Looking over the Swansea Valley - one minute I noticed the moon rising but by the time I got my camera ready these clouds started to roll in.

A 'mindfulness moment ' taken on Swansea Beach after calling in on a friend . Much needed not only because of the bad weather of late but in prep for a busy day tomorrow.
