My husband made me this beautiful mid century modern wall unit for Barbie’s living room. I think he did an awesome job! It still needs a matte finish and some fun elements.
Oh why, oh why, did I have to buy that Crate & Barrel repro sofa? I could have had this one for 1/3 the price!

Inspired from the wonderful lego idea design by kevin fesser and cesar carvalhosa soares (lego idea 21318).
i really enjoyed making this one since i perfected the technique to hang it out there :) ididn't make the whole thing crash out of my hands, not even once ^^

I was really impressed by the quality of work displayed in "Anton's Bait Shop" one of the lastest lego Idea set (21310) : i decided to turn it into one of my wall unit !
Keep adding my estate sale and thrift store finds. I'm feeling the need to edit but I love everything currently on display.
ODC-Threshold & As You Like It
Our New Heat Pump/A/C system is working fabulously. I just put it on dry and it removes the humidity making the house so nice and cool! It works much quieter and much more efficiently than our old in-wall A/C units. We also have a "mini-split" in the bedroom. Which is heat & A/C in one small wall unit. It's very efficient and quiet!
My new shed wall unit is not completely organized but it's well on it's way to helping me find things and get stuff off the ground.
Finally finished painting the bedroom. Last was taking everything off the wall unit, pulling it from the wall about 12 inches and painting behind.
Latest shot of the evolving display. I've officially lost the right to call myself a minimalist and am edging towards maximalist in the guest room.
One big sheet of mini vinyl floor tiles that you can cut to fit your space.
I think the blue in the tiles helps to make this setup look a bit less bland and too-white. :D
2010 ended well ! With yet another ebay score: a Tivoli Audio radio and CD player.
I'm so happy, I had to take a million photos. Even if they turned out very grainy with the gloomy weather...
Found on ebay a few months ago. I could not be happier...

I am so looking forward to tomorrow.
I will be fly to Munich tonight and act in a stupid german law show tomorrow.
I got this job through an audition I did about 2 years ago, and even though its a stupid afternoon show, I am really proud to do it.
I love film, I always love being on film sets, and this time I will even have my personal 2 minutes of fame. AND I get the chance to spend a day in Munich for free.
What could be better?!
I will update you about how the shooting went. And hopefully I will have some nice Munich shots with me when flying back tomorrow night!

I found a new Danish (I think) buffet/wall unit at the Salvation Army the other day. We finally got it attached to the wall with a free earthquake kit from Ikea, so I was able to unpack some of my pottery.
What a steal! Rita (you are TOO wonderful!) sold both of these to us for 250kr combined. That's $35.00 US! I can't even buy a decent lunch at that price. Now we just need to decide which walls we'll place these against.
The quality of the photo isn't so great since I used Ørjan's phone, but these are in such great condition that I would consider them in "mint condition".
