araizcorre: Los dos tienen GPS y pulsómetro, el verde es el #Vivofit, para monitorear tu actividad diaria (pasos, sueño, tiempo inactivo) y el otro es para medir distancia, ritmo y muchas métricas de carrera, es el #Forerunner620. Los dos son @garminmexico. Saludos @martarias77

I don't normally like the idea of being "tracked", but I must admit this Garmin VivoFit gizmo does make me more aware of my daily activity, or lack of. It came with a heart rate monitor strap, which is especially useful. And a data collector/wrist watch, which collects data such as heart rate, steps taken, sleep pattern, and time graphs the collected data. When the data is downloaded to a smartphone or computer a Garmin app graphs the data in a fairly accurate and interpretable way. The wrist strap will hold several days worth of information before it begins writing over the oldest data. The wrist band and heart strap are waterproof and the batteries last about a year.... seems a better designed device than my wife's FitBit.... Wow.... Only five after one and I've already exceeded my goal, might need to raise the bar just a bit;)

PS: It is also a wrist watch with time and date, just don't like digital watches thus the duplication.
Day 100 - So I jumped on the Fitbit bandwagon at the weekend. This is my new Charge 2 which I really, really like - a nice upgrade from my Garmin Vivofit.

As a shift worker this is very important .
Getting sufficient quality sleep is essential as i drive day and night shift !
