Squared Circle is this weeks Macro Monday theme... I had no clue what to shoot... but while getting out my morning vitamins... I was hit with inspiration!!
Into the sleep machine I won't plug in
In fact I'd rather die before I will comply
To you, my friend I write the reason I still live
Because in my mind it's set the vitamin is ripe to give
Coming closer to another two thousand years
You and I will pry the closed eye of the sleep machine

If there's one plant that, despite its fame, is still underestimated, it's today's hidden beauty. The flower is a marvel and a feast for the eyes at every stage of its development. There are also a few impressive details.
The plant has been used as a vegetable or medicinal plant for over 5,000 years. The ancient Egyptians even offered them to the gods as an offering.
It was the medicinal plant of the year 2015. It lowers blood pressure and blood sugar levels and helps with colds, coughs and insect bites.
And last but not least (hence the name of the picture) it is incredibly rich in vitamins (from A to E everything is included) and antioxidants.
In addition, it gives every dish that certain touch because it acts as a natural flavor enhancer (bye bye glutamate).
I am pleased to be able to present them here today. Ladies and gentlemen: the onion.
Wenn es eine Pflanze gibt, die trotz ihrer Berühmtheit immernoch unterschätzt wird, dann ist das unsere heutige versteckte Schönheit. Die Blüte allein ist ein Wunderwerk und in jeder Phase ihrer Entwicklung eine Augenweide. Hinzu kommen noch ein paar beeindruckende Details.
Die Pflanze kommt bereits seit über 5.000 Jahren als Gemüse- oder auch Heilpflanze zum Einsatz. Die alten Äqypter haben sie sogar den Göttern als Opfergabe dargebracht.
Sie war die Heilpflanze des Jahres 2015, senkt den Blutdruck, den Blutzuckerspiegel und hilft bei Erkältungen, Husten oder auch bei Insektenstichen.
Und nicht zuletzt (daher der Name des Bildes) ist sie unfassbar reich an Vitaminen (von A bis E ist alles dabei) und Antioxidantien.
Darüber hinaus verleiht sie jedem Gericht erst die gewisse Note, denn sie wirkt als natürlicher Geschmacksverstärker (bye bye Glutamat)..

A wide-angle landscape capturing a vibrant coastal scene and multi-tonal blues of the Red Sea.
Using "layering" composition to create scale on a flat surface. The highly detailed foreground of the coral reef transitions into the turquoise shallows, then deepens into a darker blue before meeting the distant mountains and clear sky.
The white wakes from the speedboats act as leading lines, drawing the viewer’s eye across the frame and adding a sense of energy to an otherwise static scene.
The two boats on opposite sides of the frame create a sense of horizontal balance, preventing the image from feeling "heavy" on one side.
A monochromatic blue-green palette dominates the frame, ranging from the deep navy of the outer sea to the bright turquoise of the shallows. The warm, brownish tones of the distant mountains provide a subtle color contrast.
