Aunties is a great "mom & Pop" Book seller in Spokane, WA. Their windows are always witty! "Auntie" is a vintage soft-sculpture figure who is the star in every window-here she graciously accepts her Oscar in her gold evening gown while surrounded by books available for purchase with movie, movie star, celebrity type themes! OCCUPY SPOKANE!!!
Kathleen sports an early 60's "luncheon at the country club" dress purchased on Ebay. I went overboard and spent $20. It consists of a satin-poly underdress, a semi-sheer overdress with full skirt, and is adorned around the neck with clear, gold and green glass beading. The sunglasses were $2.00 via Out of the Closet. The scarf is a reuse and most likely purchased at Ross or Marshall's. Yellow tights of nylon and spandex, $10.00, from the drag queen store on Haight Street. Vintage gold metallic and cream stiletto's are gifted by a fellow instructor.
