Dior's current displays appear to be an homage to Andy Warhol's Silver Clouds. (Years ago, friends and I interacted with Silver Clouds while at the Andy Warhol Museum in Pittsburgh, batting and kicking the floating silver balloons at each other, which was great fun.)
