山东省卫生健康委统一部署的山东对口援助海北州的医疗项目拉开帷幕以来，援青医疗队深入海北州祁连、门源、刚察三个藏族和回族自治县，克服呼吸困难、剧烈头痛、失眠乏力的高原反应，已累计免费为2000多名藏区农牧民群众进行了眼科检查，为585名贫困白内障患者免费实施了复明手术，大大减轻了农牧民的就医负担，真正把关爱与温暖送到了贫困白内障患者的心坎上，让他们都重见光明，实现了当地贫困白内障患者一直追寻的“光明梦”。
