On December 11, 2009, fifteen members of the ThinkBalm Innovation Community gathered for a role-playing session titled "Convince the curmudgeon." This event was held on ReactionGrid. The scenario: we all worked for a fictitious F1000 energy company that builds residential wind turbines. A group has gathered to try to convince the chief learning officer (CLO) (played by Mark Jankowski of Shapiro Negotiations) to spend $10,000 on an experimental immersive learning environment for training product installers and repair technicians.
