I wanted to do a loc style that felt freshly done without making everything too perfect. The clean sections and twisted locs keep the top nice and structured, while the longer pieces around the sides and front give it enough length to frame the face and keep the style from feeling too stiff.
What I like most about Jayvon is how easy it is to build a look around. You can keep it casual with a tee and sweats, throw on some jewelry and a jacket, or dress it all the way up and the hair still makes sense. It has that fresh-retwist feel, but there’s still enough texture and weight to make the locs feel lived in.
One of those styles you can put on once and end up wearing way longer than you planned.
