We went shopping for new videogame because we all have the grad money. Max ended up getting Shadow of the Colossus but he was this close to getting The Series of Unfortunate Events game.

i didn't make any of this stuff, crafting for guys is hard. which is silly since guys are a large portion of the videogame fanbase. my personal favourite of the lot is KMC's pong duct tape wallet. she's made tetris and pacman and others too, but the pong one is just so damn classy!

p.s. i know the treasury is meant to be for guys, but seriously, if anyone wanted to buy me any of this stuff i wouldn't complain ;)

p.p.s the stationery by bettydeath is particularly awesome as it's largely from old issues of edge :) dude, you know it's bad when you recognise the fonts...

I took this photo of a giddy video gamer at one of Connecticon's Member Appreciation Days or MADs which are mini geek conventions held once a month at CTCon headquarters in Newington, CT.

I was there to talk with one of the brass regarding their staff photographer positions. I never actually fully pursued the job probably because I heard the words "heavy lifting" during our meeting. I did my time as a UPS package handler, I didn't want to do anymore heavy lifting.

Anyways, I'll be seeing more of this over the weekend at I-CON, a long-running sci-fi convention held every spring in Long Island.

Another rarity in vector alley: I'd never even heard of this one before.
