It turned out it wasn't a very challenging hike. As a result it was busy, full of wannabe influencers and people who only seemed to be there just to say they've been.

I realise this sounds very hypocritical and probably quite bitchy too. But at the lookout spot at the top there were at least six drones flying around, a load of influencer types shouting at one another because the photos they were taking of each other didn't meet their expectations and a couple who were loudly Facetiming pretty much everyone in their contact list to tell them 'I just want to tell you I've climbed a mountain, I can't talk for long, I want to take it all in' before instantly calling someone else to tell them the same thing. After videocalling the dog and shouting 'LUNA!!! LUNA!!! LOOK AT MUMMY AND DADDY!' down the phone they gave up and instantly left, without 'taking it all in'.

Anyway... back to the climb...
