.....
And it seems to me you lived your life
Like a candle in the wind
Never fading with the sunset
When the rain set in
And your footsteps will always fall here
Along England's greenest hills
Your candle's burned out long before
Your legend ever will
.....

Hong Kong , unfortunate times. After enduring the darkness and anger of the 2019 protests, next up the anxiety and fear of Covid -19. Now the embrace of big brothers security laws.
Wish all the current disputes and protests in Hong Kong could come to the end soon.
PA290979 combined with a Supermoon from another picture taken on 14-Nov-2016. It featured the closest full moon (356,509 kilometers) since January 26, 1948, and will not be surpassed until November 25, 2034 (356,448 kilometers) .
Approximately 100 meters long, it is the first breakwater officially open to the public within Victoria Harbour, allowing members of the public to enjoy the stunning shoreline of Hong Kong from a new angle at the inner Victoria Harbour.
The rocket-like structure above the breakwater is the East Vent Shaft of the Central - Wan Chai Bypass. It was designed specifically to be in harmony with the harbour vista and was the winning entry of an exterior design competition.

The Star Ferry is a passenger ferry service operator and tourist attraction in Hong Kong. Its principal routes carry passengers across Victoria Harbour, between Hong Kong Island, and Kowloon. The service is operated by the Star Ferry Company, which was founded in 1888 as the Kowloon Ferry Company, and adopted its present name in 1898.
With a fleet of twelve ferries, the company operates two routes across the harbour, carrying over 70,000 passengers per day, or 26 million per year. Even though the harbour is crossed by railway and road tunnels, the Star Ferry continues to provide an inexpensive mode of harbour crossing. The company's main route runs between Central and Tsim Sha Tsui.
It was rated first in the "Top 10 Most Exciting Ferry Rides" poll by the Society of American Travel Writers ("SATW") in February 2009.
A few young guys were playing around (taking photos / video clips) with these paper boats in the breakwater of the East Cost Park Precinct.
This photo let me remember of the old Cantonese song 《紙船》 [Paper Boat], released in 1982, by the famous Hong Kong Cantopop singer / songwriter / actor Sam Hui ( 許冠傑).

[Paper Boat]
Composed/lyrics by Sam Hui (1982).
Lyrics (an unofficial English translation from internet, not singable):
Walking pass the seaside, ( I ) see a small boat
Remind me of that person, thousands of miles away, make me feel sad inside
(Image of) her who is in foreign land rush into my mind
How to make our hearts connect
Pick up a piece of paper and fold a little boat
Gently lay it down on the water
Clear my mind, close my eyes and make a wish
(Watching) the little (paper) boat quickly floats afar
I hope the (paper) boat could fulfill this wish of mine
Tirelessly travel long way away
Straight to her side
Only hope to see her once
if she finally see a paper boat
Drifting in circle endlessly in her dream
Hope she could cherish the meaning of it
Together, let's make our hearts connect

Hong Kong and Kowloon sunset over Victoria Harbour from the 30th floor Eye Bar, Tsim Sha Tsui. One Peking skycraper on the left while Green Island is in the distance.
This picture of the Hong Kong harbour was taken one beautiful autumn evening in November, 2016. The editing on March 8, 2019 changed the “date taken” incorrectly. But I no longer have the accurate date on my camera.
