Les Gouvernements jouent ainsi avec les contradictions et ils ne manquent pas d' imaginations ni d' arguments pour légiférer sur un contrôle de ceux qui seraient confrontés au phénomène ovnien . Nous retrouvons des Lois à géométrie variable parce qu'on ne sait jamais ce qui pourrait se passer dans la tête d' un terrien ...
Les Politiques en parlent , les Militaires les craignent , les Stratèges ne savent plus sur quel pied danser ...

The excitement was at fever pitch on the weather reports over the weekend. The tail end of a hurricane from Baja, Mexico was heading straight for the coast of San Diego, California and flood warnings were predicted. At long last, rain. Even flooding was welcome just to get the much needed rain predicted for Friday, and then Friday evening. We had some tropical wind but the rain never materialized. Some scattering of raindrops but nothing more. Saturday morning I awoke thinking maybe it was late in coming so I grabbed my camera and headed for the beach expecting storm clouds. This is the scene that presented itself to me. The light was impressively lovely and the ocean anything but threatening. The storm never hit the coast but moved east to the mountains which received the full brunt of the rains. I'm happy for them since they are the ones who experience the wildfires but sad for us who desperately needed it.
Seattle, Washington, USA.
This is Elliott Bay Marina, located at Smith Cove, about two miles from downtown Seattle, and a short bike ride from my home.
This particular evening, the atmosphere was calm, and the breeze was light. Such conditions were advantageous because my hope was to avoid capturing the movement of the boats buoyed up at the marina in my long exposures, which would have resulted in some (less than subtle) motion blur.
Of course, the surface of the water revealed the beautiful truth -- a silent symphony of vibrations reflected on the bay.
