Paleochora.
-Paleochora is een plaats op het Griekse eiland Kreta. Het ligt in de zuidwestelijke hoek van het eiland, aan de voet van de Lefka Ori en aan de Libische Zee. De afstand tot de stad Chania aan de noordkust is 72 kilometer.
-Paleochora is a place on the Greek island of Crete. It is located in the southwestern corner of the island, at the foot of the White Mountains and the Libyan Sea. The distance to the city of Chania on the north coast is 72 kilometers.
An early morning sunrise shot of Hen Cloud on the Staffordshire Roaches. Apologies for not being around much and commenting on your shots. This may be my last post for a while, but I will try to keep up with your images whenever I can.
Do not ask me what this blossom is. I have no idea, other than it looks like Cherry blossom. But it's far too early for it.
It did however stand out so well in the light.

This week you get some Algarve pictures as next weekend is the Portuguese Flickr Friends group meeting there.. so by the way probably next week you get photos from there to :) Sorry... but don't you love early mornings

I noticed this yesterday and was a bit surprised that it looked like the flower bud was about to pop. This morning I was even more surprised Stonecrops ~ Sedum acre don't usually flower until around June here.
Just hope that if it flowers now that we don't miss out later on in the year.

This fog usually happens in the beginning of summer or in what could be officially said in a beginning of warmer temperatures, because here it is almost always summer, you do not realize almost of the change of seasons. ☺

Magical Palm Trees in Paradise - Coastal State Road A1A - 11/26/22
My favorite "sunrise in paradise" location on Key West. These palms are featured on Jimmy Buffett's A1A album, and the back cover is about 50 yards north of here. While he lived here this was a favorite spot of his and he wrote a few songs here. Have been attempting to get the best shot of these palms for many years. I'M STILL TRYING!
