you may think i am the focal point to this picture. that is wrong. the dude over my left shoulder is the real reason for this picture. his name is verizon guy. he stopped us on the other side of the walking bridge and asked if we knew where the closest verizon store was. we did not. then we kept seeing him for the remainder of our walk. he even showed up at rembrandts -- the coffee shop we went to! stalker.

For all the hassle I'm having with Comcast, this is the reason I haven't tried Verizon. I can't get past this stupid, stupid page!

Why do companies keep building systems that insist that I don't know my own address? And then not allow a way to get past it???
