The beautiful "Vectorial Elevation Lights" as viewed from English Bay. The lights came on at 6:30 and stay on till dawn.
For a photographer the display of lights is a must and tripod. I was very impressed with this display and will return as much as possible to get different perspective from around town thru-out the games.

These are vectors I have done for my sons school. It is for their upcoming annual walk - 80KM long!!!
The Long Walk has taken place every year since 1963. The Long Walk starts at the school at 02:00am and goes through Kloof, Hillcrest, Botha’s Hill, Alverston, Assagay and then a few loops in Summerveld before ending at the Ponds. There are shorter walks for the younger children but the ultimate aim, especially for the High School pupils is to complete five 80km walks in their school career. It is a day on which everyone in the schools is afforded an opportunity to participate in this proud tradition.
This is the uniform that they wear when playing sporting matches. I will print out the triangle flags and then sew it onto bias binding to make loong rows of bunting!!

All blueprints done on Adobe Illustrator. I vector half of the armor, print 2 copies and mirror it when I print it out.
More from work, except for the unprofessional girders...not sure if i like the dark one or the colour?
I thought some might be curious to see the vector paths on an average illustration. The different colors show you the different layers. Layer one is the blue vectors, with clouds, two is in green with the hill, and three is the plane in yellow.
To those who haven't experienced Illustrator or vectors: The little squares are called anchor points, and the "wires" as a whole are the basis of vector art. Each square has information delaring it either a corner or a curve. Curves allow for fluid shapes and circles, and corners make sharp angles of any degree.
