Nesting habitat newly constructed by the Texas Master Naturalists on an island in the wetlands of the Seabourne Creek Nature Park, Rosenberg, Texas. No takers yet. The circular shields are intended to prevent aquatic varmints (such as nutria) from robbing eggs.

A heavily slid view of a decaying old hotel and store in downtown Deer Creek,OK. Deer Creek was settled early, boomed,and now is just a shadow of itself. This old structure has since been demolished...
