Yes, that is a thriple T of the audio output. 1 to the 1.1 and one to the 2.0 making a nice 3.1 for the Mac, and another 2.0 heading to the lounge to the TV, which splits into 5.1. Joy.
Yes it is Cat-5. Very useful stuff.
The Tevion screen is bright, excellent for surfing in the daytime. The Panasonic screen is dim, excellent for viewing TV in the evening.
