(The glass is from the Swedish glass manufacturer Kosta, and their series Kent - it once belonged to my grand-parents. And I got a new camera lens at Christmas, so now I can take real close-ups.)

**I went back early yesterday morning for a few close-ups of the flower bed in my previous post… Wishing you a peaceful/beautiful day. ❧

Remember that life is full of ups and downs. Without the downs, the ups would mean nothing. - unknown

Even leaves need to stay in shape so when I saw this leaf doing it's daily exercise - a stiff round of 50 pull-ups (very impressive!) - I just had to get a shot.

Not the greatest quality, but this was the best shot of the bunch that I took here.

In life we all have our ups and downs. However when we are up it isn't completely in our control as is the case with these snails. On the teeter totter the snail on the bottom is in control of keeping the other one up. When he pushes off to make himself higher the other snail now has the power. It is a give and take situation as with so many things in life. When you are up enjoy the good times but when you are down remember you have the power to push yourself up.

PS - pretend the snails can actually push themselves up.

..... of trying to photograph butterflies. Like everyone I suppose, I love their animation and friendly splashes of colour. Unfortunately where I live they get fewer every year, So far I've only seen about six including this one of which I did manage to get just one shot.

Beautiful Pin-Ups

Thank you so much for the happiness you give me by choosing my picture to represent your amazing group. Hugs! 💙💛

Aunque vamos a aclarar ideas.
