It's the terror of knowing what this world is about
Watching some good friends screaming
"Let me out!"
Pray tomorrow takes me higher
Pressure on people, people on streets
Turned away from it all like a blind man
Sat on a fence but it don't work
Keep coming up with love but it's so slashed and torn
Why, why, why?
Love, love, love, love, love, love, love
Insanity laughs under pressure we're cracking
Why can't we give love one more chance?

There are vulgar things in life we won't miss
Only the memories that hurt
Or make us smiling
There are people who stay in history of our own story
There are others whose names
We even don't remember hearing
There are emotions that give life to the longing that I carry
The ones I had with you
And ended up losing
There are days that imprint a soul and our life
And that one, when you left me
Can not forget
The rain drenched my cold and tired face
The streets that the city had,
I already traveled through them
Oh, with the crying of lost girl, i shouted to the city:
- The fire of love under the rain...
An instant ago died!
The rain heard and kept my secret from the city
And behold, it tapped on the glass
Bringing the nostalgia

thank you so much to my dearest friends Maxie and Skinny that rezzed the Lisbon street and the electric train and allowed me to do my photo ❤ hugsss
he longs to go forth into the fields, to feel its steady stream, to scent its fragrance; to stand under some heavy-foliaged chestnut-tree, and hear the rushing music on the crowded leaves :-)

This rainbow appeared at dusk, after a dramatic storm. It was also my Mom's Birthday. I like to think it was her way of saying she is doing well in Heaven above.

Of course, I love the Judy Garland version, but the rendition by Israel "IZ" Kamakawiwoʻole always gives me goosebumps:

Under the bridge is a small village called Puumala, it is in a beautiful location on the shore of the magnificent Saimaa lake. Quiet in winter but lively in summer, a summer paradise, lots of summer residents and boaters enjoying the peace and beauty of nature. Finland.
