Hypothetical Awards 'Strange & Unusual Abstract Worlds of Imagination' challenge
This artwork is a collage of some photos I took the other day of the controversial i360 Tower that's been built on Brighton seafront. The tower is 162 metres (531 feet) in height and at present the world's first vertical cable car and glass viewing pod is being fitted; it will cruise up to 450 feet and those brave enough to go up on it will see a 360 degree view of up to 26 miles.
The opinions of the local residents of the city are, of course, divided!

Southern Ireland near Killarney. A statue of the Virgin Mary is set amongst the foliage. Such holy symbols are a common sight there.
I love the frosty bracken and the backlit fading leaves of the oak showing the transition from autumn to winter in the woods. Just to add, took another picture of this oak today (5/12) will post soon.
I like the way the light falls through the canopy to light the tree and give light for the moss to grow
The boat house in Birkenhead Park, UK. The world's first publicly funded civic park. Designed by Joseph Paxton and opened in 1847.

As we were making rounds upon London, Heathrow had just closed and we had to find another destination for a landing.
