An "add on" to the wedding cake to surprise the groom at the rehearsal party with his very own cake. White Chocolate Vanilla filled with Maple Strawberries and Vanilla Buttercream. Had to do research to make this one as I had never heard of UFC. I was able to put to good use the Lorraine McKay Bride and Groom class I attended last year, still a long way to go before I would put my bride and groom on a wedding cake, but for this fun cake they were ok.
