5.23.2017. Talisman... I've carried this little paper heart around with me for about six years. Six years ago, I stomped paint around barefoot on a paper for days until I realized I was looking-acting out, self-hatred and shame.
This little pink heart, that was part of that painting, is a talisman. A reminder of the beautiful, raw, and vulnerable parts of myself. Today, I took this heart off my bathroom mirror and placed it back onto paper to remind me that there is still more healing needed. #drawingaday #trusttheprocess #heart #intention #intentionalcreativity #1241carpenter #healing
