Tom lives up the street from me and he spends as much time as he can

sitting on his doorstep, drinking tea (or something), and smoking

cigarettes. He likes to talk with passers-by and he's an interesting

fellow so we chat whenever I go by. I took this picture of him on a

warm evening in early January before the winter snows came. I didn't see

him much through the worst of winter the past two and a half months.
