This building opened in 1934 as a veterans treatment center for veterans of WWl. This included the main building as well as the separate Veterans Dining Block. Expansions were made in 1945 and reopened in 1949 as the Crease Clinic of Psychological Medicine, a short-term psychological treatment center. Now used almost exclusively for film production, including episodes of the X-files.

Seen at the entrance to the Mercy Health Perrsyburg Cancer Center. From a description of the display:
"The graceful and colorful birds soar above the Welcome Center to remind all that within these walls is hope, faith and a sincere expression of the concept of 'strength in numbers.' While each cancer journey is truly an individual experience, these beautiful birds proclaim that it need never be a lonely voyage."
"The glass birds were hand-fired in the cancer awareness colors, each representing a different type of cancer."
The display was created by Matthew Paskiet, who is with Firenation Glass Studio and Gallery. The display is a tribute to Andrew Merrels, supported by a donation from his wife Karen Merrels.

A.S.A.P. TREATMENT is a unique endeavor in the treatment of drug and alcohol addiction. Nestled in the foothills of the San Gabriel mountains, our setting is more intimate. There are never more than two residents per room and with a one to two counselor to resident ratio, as well as 24 hour staff, we assure you get the individual attention you deserve at a fraction of the cost of other high end facilities.
We are not singular in our philosophy of drug and alcohol treatment. Instead A.S.A.P. offers a multidisciplinary approach to your recovery where we treat the mind, body, and soul. Most facilities, after packing their patients usually three to four to a room, bombard their clients with seemingly endless group sessions. While group sessions are the "gold standard" in treatment, we feel that a combination of not only group sessions, but individual sessions are most effective in your recovery. This allows us to focus more on vocational rehabilitation to ease your transition back into the work force as well as emotional management life skills to give you the tools necessary to conquer your addictions.
Being selective in the number of residents we accept allows our staff to take our clients off premises more often. Nature hikes in the mountains, aquatic physical therapy, and yoga are just a few activities we offer. Not to mention a free gym membership with a licensed physical trainer is automatically included when you come to A.S.A.P.
We understand that you are going through a very difficult time in your life right now, but with caring, understanding, qualified staff members; an onsite interventionist, and a LCSW all set in a family atmosphere, we are the best.

The situation of drug addiction in the state of Tennessee is really dangerous and this state ranks second per capita in the nation for prescription drug abuse and many experts feel that it is an epidemic in Tennessee. The situation is worse as many bills trying to regulate the consumption rate in the state ave failed except Senate Bill 1631 which would provide for immunity from civil liability for prescribers of opioid antagonists and those who administer it in order to address opioid-related drug overdoses and Senate Bill 2547 which would require the executive director of the board of pharmacy to consult with the commissioner of health when staffing the controlled substance database. In this situation it is best to be treated at Tennessee Drug Addiction Treatment Center.

Little Hill-Alina Lodge has been dedicated to helping the reluctant alcoholic/addict to recover since 1957.
Little Hill-Alina Lodge is a 95 bed, long term, residential rehabilitation center for chemically addicted men and women, 18 years of age or older. Total abstinence from all mood and mind altering substances, including nicotine, is required. We are located on 77 rural acres in Hardwick Township, Warren County, New Jersey, and just 10 miles from beautiful Delaware Water Gap. The well-kept grounds contain six residential buildings including a fieldstone house that predates the Revolutionary War.
Little-Hill Alina Lodge is licensed by the New Jersey Department of Health. Our program offers education and therapy regarding alcoholism / chemical addiction and recovery. People in residence are referred to as "students" and attend daily sessions or classes. Each student is assigned to an addiction counselor who coordinates the student's care.
Our staff is comprised of highly competent, experienced professionals including certified addictions counselors, an attending physician, nurses, lecturers, and a dietitian, most of whom are recovering persons themselves. Our program philosophy is based on the principles of the 12 Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous.
The Lodge creates a safe environment of openness and encourages deep self-awareness. It provides individual and group counseling sessions on Trauma, Grief and Recovery. Each student is coached to make decisions based upon new values.
The Lodge supports and encourages the ability to see healthy options and respects each student's efforts and competence. It also provides the "tincture of time" necessary for each student to practice newly learned decision making abilities so they become second nature by the time the student returns to society.
