Going in different ways, the man on the bicycle, with his one horse power, stands out on the road near the shores of the river Oude Maas , against a huge container ship, called the Nica, sailing under the flag of Antigua and Barbuda.

This photo is intended to illustrate a little what kind of logistical effort is necessary in the area of ports, as here at Bremerhaven's container terminal.

Pont Briwet refers to the road and railway bridges that cross the River Dwyryd, near Penrhyndeudraeth, Gwynedd in North Wales. The first bridge was a Victorian road and railway viaduct that was constructed entirely from timber by the Cambrian Railways company.
