Many service personnel were captured by the enemy and spent degrading time starving in custody before release. U.S. Marine pilot John McCain from Arizona is an example of doing well thereafter, but he, like us, never forgets the troops on the line doing the fighting. They need billions in prayers to match congressional budgets partially sent to the front after so many get a cut first.
Remember the P.O.W. veterans in your community and pray for those elsewhere for each suffered much for the U.S.A. before release, though many of their P.O.W. fellow travelers died in captivity. Each desires and deserves our thoughts and prayers on this the day to remember Veterans.
Wow on each of you for all those favorites, visits, and comments here. Only with your help do good fotos EXPLORE. Muchas Gracias.

Donna Nook Seal Beach
Breeding site for seals in autumn/winter Donna Nook is one of the most accessible sites for seeing seals at a time of breeding in the UK. Elsewhere they either gather on beaches but in far away places like the Scottish islands, or they are out to sea in rocky outcrops. In Lincolnshire it is a short ride from near Louth to the beach and there they are, in late autumn and early winter.
Donna Nook National Nature Reserve (NNR) is probably the best place within the U.K. for photographing grey seals. Each year, as autumn rolls into winter, hundreds of grey seals begin hauling themselves out onto Donna Nooks' sandbanks to give birth to their pups. Here the most important activities of the grey seal calendar are played out, giving photographers unprecedented opportunities to capture dramatic pictures of this spectacular period.
The King of the Los Angeles Zoo beasts. This was taken on the afternoon of 11/12/08 from the cafe above as he watched a man walk by with a noisy stroller. The sounds were similar to the keys and metal sounds of the trainers and keepers, and so it got his attention.
He lives with his mate, Cookie. Though she is more agile and active than he is, they are a very sweet couple, and are usually very near each other.
In the wild, many adult males do not live more than 10 years due to violent deaths while defending their prides, but they may live 15 to 16 years. Females are more likely to live 16 years in the wild. Lionel, though a bit arthritic, is about 21 years old, and still seems to be doing well. Cookie is about 20 years old, seems very agile still, and her heart condition, which is watched carefully by vets and the keepers, is not noticed at all by visitors. For, she can be quite playful. Of course, lions on average sleep about 20 hours a day when they are not hunting, and, so, these two will often be found sleeping.

The Ambassador was the top-of-the-line automobile produced by the American Motors Corporation (AMC) from 1958 until 1974. The vehicle was known as the AMC Ambassador, Ambassador V-8 by Rambler, and Rambler Ambassador at various times during its tenure in production. Previously, the name Ambassador had applied to Nash's "senior" full-size cars.
The Ambassador nameplate was used continuously from 1927 until 1974 (the name being a top-level trim line between 1927 and 1931); at the time it was discontinued, Ambassador was the longest continuously used nameplate in automotive history.
Most Ambassador models were built in Kenosha, Wisconsin. They were also built at AMC's Brampton Assembly in Brampton, Ontario from 1963 to 1966.

Parked on a city street among today's cars, it stands out like the Queen Mary next to rowboats. Beautiful.
When I first laid eyes on this 1974 Pontiac Grand Ville coupe from the L several years ago, it appeared to be in such beautiful, shiny, pristine condition. I wondered how the owner / driver could afford gas for it or find a place to park it, but I had admired this old Pontiac from my window seat on many occasions.
This example was one of only 11,631 Grand Ville coupes produced for model year '74, according the the auto editors of Consumer Guide.

There you have the makings of a rather powerful way of making magick. A root, so to speak, for gaining more and more feel spells.
Peace To All,
I'm excited!! I was vibrating deeply on finding another ghetto blaster boombox. I had a vision for a sharp but guess what? I found this instead. Some lady had the box but couldn't get it to work and decided to leave it behind for another system. And now, I have this wonderful box home, already cleaned, overhauled, and ready for some playing time before I sit it on my display with the rest of her friends. The cost? Only $9.00!!! Only missing a screw and that's it. It does have some aging blemishes but it's clean, complete, properly working and sounds, FANTASTIC!!!
What did you find today? Comment and let Me know. Thanks for having a look.
Blessings To All..
A Festool miter saw at Austin Hardwoods in Denver, Colorado. Festool makes the finest powered hand tools in the world, in my opinion. Their routers, jigsaws, and circular saws are amazing especially when it comes to accuracy and dust control. They also make an amazing tool called the Domino Joining System which makes mortises for floating tenons. Unfortunately it's $1250 for their DF 700 set and $875 for the DF 500 set.
If I win Power Ball, I plan to sell all my hand power tools and upgrade to Festool.
My uncle jim and i drove to trenton, missouri in his 54 desoto to buy my first car, a 1950 plymouth fast back. It cost me $150.00, money i earned from flipping burgers at the big 6 on 24 hwy in kansas city. . My uncle frank sold a lot of cars from this spot on 9th street, just up the street from the old maid rite, throughout north missouri and when he traded for the 50 plymouth, he sat it aside until i could get a look at it. .

Most Franklin automobiles came with the standard company hood ornament, but the 1931 Deluxe Sedan sported a model of the airplane The Spirit of St. Louis in honor of Charles Lindbergh who was a friend of H.H. Franklin and an ardent supporter of Franklin automobiles.
The propeller spins and did so when the car was moving.
Engine: 6 Cylinder. Air-cooled, 100 hp
This series 15 model was top-of-the-line for 1931
Factory Price: $2,695
Car sales declined dramatically in 1930 and the Franklin Company was in financial trouble. To bout up sagging sales, the 1931 cars were introduced early in November 1930 and included the new Series 15 DeLuxe model. With a longer and lower wheelbase, wider body, slanting windshield, and "clamshell" fenders, it was a sleek-looking car.
The Franklin Factory went into production with the high hopes that 1931 would be a better year, but with an inventory or unsold cars (including some 1929's) and an operating loss of over $4 million, it was not to be. To make matters worse, a stylish new Auburn sold for a $995 and Buick for about $40 more.
At year-end, Franklin Stock had plummeted to $1.25 and a black cloud hung over Syracuse.
