A tritanium mining outpost simply called ‘The Colony’ has been established on Aries IV, a Mars-like planet at the edge of Federation space. The surface of Aries IV is deadly without a spacesuit.
Harsh conditions make mining in this world a dangerous prospect. The workers of the colony voluntarily put themselves at risk to produce a critical resource for the Federation. But, a recent incursion into Federation space by pirates meant the loss of much-needed supplies intended for the colony – including a seismic stabilizer. Without this, the number of quakes rocking the planet will continue to increase, leading to the collapse of mines and loss of personnel.

Murmurations are one of nature's most spectacular shows. During the winter months prior to roosting thousands of starlings perform mesmerising displays in the evening sky.
Whether it be to toward off predators or communicate best feeding spots, it is not entirely clear.
One of the fascinating aspects of murmurations are the shapes they sometimes make. The one above, as shot, is possibly one of the more quirkier ones.
