BR Standard '4MT' 2-6-4 tank 80136 working 2G04 0957 Pickering to Grosmont service rolls into Goathland and the single line tokens are exchanged with the signalman. Visiting 34028 'Eddystone' waits for right away heading 2P03 1027 Grosmont to Pickering service on 29th September 2024.

My best friend's sister asked if I would be a secondary photographer at her wedding on 10.10.10. I'd never photographed a wedding, but my aunt was very kind and recommended many websites, which is where I got this idea from.

This rather splendid looking device is in the signal box at Minehead station. A token to use the single track line can't be granted until this machine and a partner at Blue Anchor signal box both agree that one should be granted.

A thought struck me today, as I was stuck in traffic in Snowdonia and looking for a different route. I hadn't remembered to take a self portrait for this week's topic in '52 Themes 2009'. So, purely so as not to miss a week, I took a shot of myself there and then.
