Grenland Rail El.15/161.106+105 (ex-NSB and ex-Hector Rail) and a TMZ diesel seen with wood train 43785 Hønefoss - Kongsvinger - Charlottenberg - Kil - Brålanda - Kornsjø - Halden. This train normally takes the direct route Hønefoss - Halden within Norway but was rerouted via Sweden due to engineering works between Moss and Rygge. Train 43785, running under license of Nordisk Transport (NTAS) on the stretch Xharlottenberg (SE) - Kil (SE). In Kil the train wil change directo. The two El.15 will change to the other end of the train. The TMZ will stay at the rear of the train.

C'est dans ce décor particulièrement bucolique situé à Gunnita que le train de bois 48472 Torsby - Grums est photographié, il se trouve ici sur la Fryksdalsbanan. La TMZ 109 de Tågab (Tågåkeriet i Bergslagen AB) se trouve en tête de ce lourd convoi. Cette locomotive fut construite en 1970 pour les chemins de fer danois DSB a été achetée en 2006 par la compagnie suédoise basée à Kristinehamn.

The train is loaded at the siding in Rottneros to the left. on the photo TMZ 1448 is waiting to take the first half of the empty wagons to bring them to the siding for loading.

Nordic Re-Finance TMZ 1448 leased by TAGAB hauling the wood train that was loaded during the day at Rottneros. The train with no 47772 left Rottneros minutes ago and is seen in evening light passing at Öjervik at the shore of Lake Mellan Fryken.

A bit south of the arctic circle and only a few days short of midsummer, there is still a bit of sun at 11 p.m.

(ex-DSB) TMZ 1406 was owned by Vida for a number of years but was sold to TAGAB in early 2022 when Vida decided to stop train operations. The loco is in operation with TAGAB in its Vida colour, with the logos replaced by TAGAB-logos.

Naast het Tram Museum Zürich (TMZ) is ook de vereniging "Aktion Pro Sächsitram" actief met in het voor- en najaar museumtramritten op lijn 6. Een van de pronkstukken is motorwagen 1350 van de serie 1301-1350 gebouwd in 1929-1931. Deze grote vierassers met hoge trekkracht kregen al snel de bijnaam "Elefant" (olifant). Ook de typerende stroomafnemer (met bijnaam "Hirschgeweih" - hertengewei) draagt bij aan het imposante uiterlijk. Elefant 1350 rijdt hier met bijwagen 645 in de Leonhardstrasse hellingop richting Zoo - een genot voor het oog en de oren.
Besides the Tram Museum Zurich (TMZ), the association "Aktion Pro Sächsitram" is also active with museum tram rides on line 6 in spring and autumn. One of the showpieces is motor coach 1350 of the 1301-1350 series built in 1929-1931. These large four-axle high-traction cars were soon nicknamed 'Elefant' (elephant). The typical pantograph (nicknamed "Hirschgeweih" - a deer antler) also contributed to their imposing appearance. Elefant 1350 here rides uphill towards the Zoo with trailer 645 in Leonhardstrasse - a feast for the eyes and ears.

La TMZ 1461 de Nordic Re-Finance est capturée alors qu'elle enjambe la rivière Rauma sur le Stuguflåtbrua. Cette imposante locomotive d'origine danoise tracte le Golden Train 3490 Åndalsnes - Bjorli. Ce train touristique effectue quotidiennement deux aller-retours sur la ligne de Rauma. Ce parcours pittoresque, dont la déclivité maximale est de 30 ‰, offre un attrait pour les voyageurs grâce aux impressionnants paysages qu'il traverse. Le convoi, composé de voitures ex DB et d'un wagon générateur, tire son nom du fait que les 53 tonnes d'or du trésor national norvégien ont été transportés sur cette ligne. En effet, lorsque l'Allemagne a envahi le pays en avril 1940, c'est sous l'opération secrète "Le lourd bagage" que le précieux métal a été évacué pour être mis en lieu sûr à l'étranger. Celui-ci a voyagé par camion de la capitale jusqu'à Lillehammer. Ensuite, c'est dans un train pour Åndalsnes que l'étape suivante du périple a été réalisée. Une fois arrivé dans le fjord de Romsdal, le trésor n'a pas pu être chargé dans un bateau à cause de l'avancé de l'ennemi. C'est un mois plus tard, à Tromsø, que les lingots et les pièces d'or ont enfin quitté le pays.

EN: After using a single Y1 DMU during the summer season 2024 the tourist train "Golden Train" ran for the last two weeks of the season with the original golden coaches, hauled by a rented ME loco. We see train 3490 by crossing Stuguflåtenbru between the stations of Verma and Bjorli. As the metallic livery of the coaches reflected just darkness, the sides of the coaches had been brightened by Lightroom afterwards.
DE: Nachdem die Sommersaison 2024 von einem einzelnen Y1 bestritten worden war, kam in den letzten zwei Wochen der Saison der eigentlich vorgesehene Zug aus vormals deutschen Großraumwagen als Touristenzug "Golden Train" zum Einsatz - allerdings noch mit einer gemieteten ME. Wir konnten Zug 3490 bei der Querung der Stuguflåtenbru zwischen den Bahnhöfen Verma und Bjorli beobachten. Da die metallicfarbenen Wagen trotz "richtigem Lichtstand" nur Dunkelheit reflektiert haben, habe ich sie nachträglich aufgehellt.
Met dank aan een fraaie plaat van Christian Zimmer bleek dat er goed gesnoeid was langs het Övre Friken meer ter hoogte van Öjenäs. Dat geeft een mooi uitzicht voor de werkdagelijkse houttrein uit Torsby. Op 14 november rijdt TMZ 109 langs het meer, onderweg naar Grums.
A very nice picture by Christian Zimmer showed that some trees were chopped down next to lake Övre Friken near Öjenäs, giving a nice spot for Tågab's timber trains from Torsby. On November 14h, TMZ 109 runs along the lake on its way to Grums.

Hector Rail 243 107 + TMZ (number unknown) with empty wood train 41697 Kil - Bralanda - Körnsjo (NO) - Honefoss (NO) passing at Grums. This train was supposed to take the route via Charlottenberg but due to overhead renewal works in Norway the train was detoured.
Auf der nicht elektrifizierten Strecke von Torsby nach Kil gibt es neben Triebwagenleistungen auch Güterverkehr. Das Unternehmen Tågåkeriet i Bergslagen AB (TÅGAB) fährt Holzzüge mit klassischen Dieselloks der Bauarten TMZ/MZ oder MY. Am 22.06.2023 kam TMZ 108 zum Einsatz, die mit dem beladenen Holzzug aus Torsby ordentlich zu tun hatte. Ich lichtete sie beim Überqueren des Norsälven bei Gunnita ab.
In de vorige dienstregelingen kruiste de werkdagelijkse Tågab houttrein uit Torsby in Bäckebron met de stopper. Dit jaar is de kruising verplaatst naar Sunne, wat mogelijkheden geeft bij het leuke stationnetje van Bäckebron. De 109 sleept de 48472 naar Grums hier door het station.
In earlier timetables, the timber trains from Torsby met a regional passenger train in Bäckebron. This year, the meeting happens in Sunne, thereby improving the options near the nice station of Bäckebron. TMZ 109 hauls timber train 48472 for Grums here.
