But as for me, i saw the building that feels for me like a city from Christopher Priest's "The Innverted World" (highly recommended to read) The crowd is walking in their direction and they all are engaged in the same (skateboarding in reality) but let's come back to hallucinations, such as people live in their own world and don't believe that there are other ways. The tunnel and the yellow light symbolize the object that attracts people (the mystery of The Innverted World history and foundation). Even if someone talk to teens to live in a different way they ever wouldnt, because it's already their inverted world, and it has sense if it is only inverted.
