Not to spoil the magic of how I do my photos, but this is my avi shot three different times. It took me all day, but mostly because Second life was acting up and my inventory disappeared for a couple hours...
PEEP THEM YUMMY DEETS:
Xo,

Another one from the archives, of a night when I was the first and only person to get around Nash Point on a dropping tide. the freshly exposed rock layers were still glistening from the tide as the setting sun coloured up the cliffs and clouds. I can't wait to experience these special moments the world can give us again. Times Like These is by Foo Fighters and I think I'll have a go at singing it today after my breakfast disco :))) Perhaps I;l get the children next door who sit on the wall and keep me company to join in on the chorus ;)))
Baburgh St Aidan's Church.
According to Bede, St Aidan built a wooden church outside the castle wall in AD 635, and he died here in AD 652. A wooden beam preserved inside the church is traditionally said to be the one on which he rested as he died.
The present church dates from the late 12th century,

I, I'm a new day rising
I'm a brand new sky
To hang the stars upon tonight
I am a little divided
Do I stay or run away
And leave it all behind?
It's times like these you learn to live again
It's times like these you give and give again
It's times like these you learn to love again
It's times like these time and time again
I hope you'll enjoy my work! Thank you for your support!

The look through the camera is like a door to another world.
Just a little barn, trying to remain upright through another Missouri season of tornadoes and heavy rain. I guess we all have storms to weather, but with hopefully brighter days ahead!
Old remainder of ancient tree, the altar of times long gone, pedestal for moss and shrooms. Memory lost in mists, left for younger trees, so they can live again and become ancient by themselves. Many leaves will fall before the old stump disappears completely.
Wow, 100 music pictures. What started as a little bet between friends a year ago now is one of my favorite past times. And Who knew a cynical old bat like me likes so many songs? And there are still more to come, I haven't barely touched my most favorite artists. But this spot on my list was always reserved for exactly this song!
This is my all time favorite. A simple melody, direct and from the heart lyric that describe perfectly what love is for me. Thank you John Denver for making me dream and hope and keep smiling. You had the heart of a true poet and we miss you.
Special thanks to Tatusia for enduring my fiddling with lights and camera angles with such patience ❤
And thank you all who like this series and encourage me to do more. It gives me so much joy and motivation 💋
You fill up my senses
Like a night in a forest
Like the mountains in springtime
Like a walk in the rain
Like a storm in the desert
Like a sleepy blue ocean
You fill up my senses
Come fill me again
Come let me love you
Let me give my life to you
Let me drown in your laughter
Let me die in your arms
Let me lay down beside you
Let me always be with you
Come let me love you
Come love me again
You fill up my senses
Like a night in a forest
Like the mountains in springtime
Like a walk in the rain
Like a storm in the desert
Like a sleepy blue ocean
You fill up my senses
Come fill me again

Been unable to get out with the big lens for a while, but still seen non this year.
One from a while back
It snowed on and off all day today; at times I couldn't see two meters ahead of me. We've had it unconventionally well this year that many were surprised at the above-average temperatures and little snow. Well, here it all comes in a package: snow, wind, snow, wind, and chill, chill, chill. We're expecting a -39 with wind-chill effects in some areas around us (Southwestern Ontario). Still, not complaints. The kids are having the time of their lives and are enjoying every inch of snow... Wish you all a warm weekend! Stay warm...
Anyone who has known my stream for a longer time has also seen this work of art several times. Normally the "moon sails" with the boats at the bottom are vertical. There was a cold icy wind yesterday .
Today we have plenty of snow, photos will follow.
Taken in my local park on a very misty day.
I adore the work of early pictorialist photographers, especially those of two giants of that era, Robert Demachy and Leonard Missone. This is yet another attempt by me to capture the feel of those times, may they never pass.
