Throwback Thursday - This is my nephew David and me up in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho in July 1988 at my parent's summer place. The entire family was up there at the time, which meant there were plenty of the kids who weren't around yet.
Born in 1985, David was three at the time. I was 30. He's only a year younger than I was when this shot was taken.

that each other wants. To satisfy all parties merely requires a trade that is
agreeable to those concerned. The mediator, or arranger, representing all
parties is the Realtor, who collects a commission from each trader. Though
fundamentally simple, the actual procedures require definite techniques
and applications in practice" (Broker Bulletin, Oct. 1951, p. 5).

#throwbackthursday dulu pas masih sekolah gue gak bisa ikut study tour ke jogja karena masalah biaya dan gue sedih banget waktu itu, tapi nyokap bilang pas nanti suatu saat gue udah punya uang sendiri gue bisa pergi kemana aja yg gue mau. dari situ jogja selalu jadi destinasi impian gue untuk liburan. dan setelah bertahun-tahun gue lulus akhirnya april 2014 gue bisa ke jogja. its was a dream come true.
