i've made a few changes for the positive in my life lately ~ i've altered my eating and exercise habits, and in the process, am feeling better than i have in i can't even remember...and i'm starting a new job on saturday that so far, anyway, promises to be a very colourful experience...can't wait to get at it! :)
i have a family trait, however, that always makes me brace for the worst when things are going well ~ trying to break that nasty habit though, and think POSITIVE from now on... :)

Just watched the news about the shooting at the Miller Factory and the over 80K. Censorship of information is harmful and while some of us would rather hide away in our homes and isolate ourselves, we can not always live this way. We should be practicing effective communication and learning from each other. Learning and accepting our mistakes and owning them. This is a new day. I am going to take a nap from working all night and get back to my personal expectations of myself and produce what I should for all the right reasons.
