Looking back through last Summers images and pleased to find quite a few Butterflies & Dragonflies.
A coupled pair of emerald damselflies that my mum kindly found for me when we met up last weekend at David Marshall Lodge in Aberfoyle. I think this is the first time I've seen these little beauties.

BLACKCAP
Its that time of year again when the males find a prominent perch to sing and claim their territory and attract a female.
The lodge was built around 1898 by the architect Joseph Clarkson Maddison. It is built in the late Victorian bay villa style.
