So I was pondering this idea along with the pumpkin pie cupcakes. Since the 'cupcakes' turned out to be more of a 'muffin' I thought this was the perfect opportunity to plate the Turkey Dinner Muffin idea.

The pumpkin pie muffin got cornbread stuffing in the middle, topped with a bacon ranch mashed potato "frosting", garnished with real turkey and cranberry sauce. Definitely using some gravy on the next batch to pull it all together.

Very YUM! And inexpensive and easy peasy. Oh and a lot of fun.
