... a further test was made with a mark at the end of the visual spectrum. The camera sees further into the red than the eye.

Test roll: almost all images are ruined. On the lower & left side of the negative. Why, I don't know. (BTW some images don't have this problem.) What's happened??
HDR Test of Mosta Dome over the Festive period. I usually shoot 8 exposures from a tripod for my HDRs so I thought I would spice things up a little and shoot handheld, 3 exposures per second and see what I could come up with just for fun... as you do! Images were shot on an eos 1ds mark 2 with a 16-35mm L lens, post processed in photoshop CS2, converted to hdr with photomatix and tonemapped with lucis arts. Copyright: Allen Venables.

The only thing visible above water at the EMEC tidal test site - these are the pilings for one specific turbine. We were told three others are also being tested on site, but all evidence of them was hidden below the water...

So I thought I would test out this flickr video feature since I just upgraded to a pro account.
This was captured through the camera on my Nokia cell phone. Not bad.
I was inspired by my old blog, where I used to write a "Music Mondays" weekly feature thing. I kinda miss my blog. Maybe I will bring it back to life. Maybe not. Maybe i will start to do a video-music-monday on flickr. Most likely I will not.
I accidentally filmed this sideways and can't flip it. But oh well, this is only a test.
Incase you care, I'm talking about Julieta Venegas and her album " Limon y Sal."
I don't listen to a lot of latin music, but it is Hispanic Heritage month, and Julieta, in my opinion, is pretty cool.

Testing models in the Open_Sailing high-tech swimming pool. Surprisingly, most boats floated well, and showed resilience to even teh strongest of waves.
First shot of me in the ringmaster costume! Just a test run. it's HOT.. trust me.. burning up in that hting... and i also need to adjust some things but yay! what do you all think?
