This is the car that started the current (no pun intended) electric-car renaissance. Elon Musk showed us how to go motoring in a more environmentally friendly (but more expensive) Tesla Model S, and it's literally the perfect car; Consumer Reports couldn't fund a thing wrong wit hit. I test-drove a Tesla Model S in December 2015, and I gotta tell you , it was sweet!

There's a reason why Tesla is the most successful American automotive start-up since Walter Chrysler founded his namesake company in 1925. only Tesla isn't own by the Italians now.
