My father, a Marine Corps fighter pilot gets a taste of what it was like to drive a tank instead of a fighter plane. All of the tanks had the name of a beer as well as a number. Number one was Pabst.

Heading west on 22nd Street West in Saskatoon towards Confederation Drive, Fairlight Drive and the Circle Drive on-ramp to head south, the City of Saskatoon really doesn't want you changing lanes from/to the curb lane (there's a chance to do so before you hit the "off-ramp" from Circle Drive that goes through Fairmont Drive).
To make their point, the City of Saskatoon drew a very long and "chubby" line, which means that you are not allowed to change lanes to/from the curb lane. Apparently, that and this sign were not enough to prevent people from doing so.

This is a part of Entergy of Mississippi's project to replace the old wooden poles on this line with taller ones as well as installing a second set of triple-phase electrical power lines or a second circuit as the crew calls it, delivering more electrical power to the ever growing Rex Lumber Company Mill which was drawing way more power than the current grid could handle and with a newer transformer installed over at the nearby Brookhaven Substation, the Rex Lumber Company Mill can operate more efficiently without putting too much strain on the rest of the system.
This project is being done by a subcontractor called Shelton Energy Solutions... a Limited Liability Company (LLC) that is based in Alexandria, Louisiana.
