Debating monks are not only in the monastery of Sera in Lhasa. In whole Tibet, Ü-Tsang, Amdo and Kham you can witness debating monks.
Tashi Lhunpo, the seat of the Panchen Lamas, was founded in 1447 by the First Dalai Lama, Gendun Drub, on the slopes of Dolma ri. This golf course in Banff National Park, Alberta is about as beautiful as it gets. I tried to play golf for about 15 years, but I never improved much, so now I just watch it. Maybe when I retire and have the time (and hopefully money) I'll give it another shot.
