KABUL, 16 December 2015 - The First Lady of Afghanistan, Rula Ghani, spoke at the Tech Women Summit 2015 in Kabul, which was attended by over 300 women from the business and technology sectors, civil society, and government. The Minister of Labour and Social Affairs, Minister of Communications and IT and representatives from the international community, and leaders from the business and civil society sectors also spoke, highlighting the importance of access to technology for women.
