I really enjoyed my time watching these striking, spunky birds. Always in motion, flitting from tree to tree for bugs, and fighting off any bird that dares enter their space.

Mr. & Mrs. Bluebird raised a single chick from their third nesting this summer. She is almost completely molted into her adult plumage and is becoming very pretty.

Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving yesterday. I went back to one of my favorite schoolhouses after finishing my Thanksgiving dinner. There were some rumors that the owner planned to demolish it, which started about three years ago. Some said it was just a hoax. I’m glad it’s still standing.

The schoolhouse is located in Polk County.

I took this photo at our last flickr photo-hiking tour in the saxony switzerland. It was a wonderful autumn day with friend. Our tour guide Sandsteiner planned a wonderful day. The weather was also perfect, the sun was shining and so I tooked great photos.

Incredible lightning display on June 20, 2019.

Ein Lebenszeichen endlich mal wieder von mir. Mich gibt es immer noch. Es ist nur leider etwas ruhiger geworden, aufgrund des vielen Lernens für meine Abschlussprüfungen. Abe seit dem 30.08 bin ich nun staatlich anerkannte Diätassistentin und habe alle Prüfungen sehr gut absolviert. Nun habe ich auch wieder Zeit Fotos hochzuladen, denn auch in der Zwischenzeit habe ich so gut es ging fotografiert, es fehlte eben nur die Zeit und Lust, um hier aktiv zu sein.

Hier ein Foto von einer kleinen Auszeit in Potsdam. Eine wundervolle Stadt. Und diese Brücke ist sehr beeindruckend, weil quer über die Brückenmitte die Landesgrenze verläuft von Berlin und Brandenburg. Früher teilte es die DDR und BRD. Ein gewaltiges Gefühl, wenn man auf der Brücke steht.
