I seldom have need to deploy PS Filters, as I am a 'straight out of camera' purist at heart. That said, during a play session every now & then filters always provide an eye opening experience.
CUTOUT is successful on a wide range of images. For one-click filter fun, often worth a look.

Jenne Farm,~10 miles south of Woodstock Vermont, October 2002/2003 on a Brooklyn NY Camera Club field-trip (to: Kaplan's Famous Tripod Holes in Vermont and Central New Hampshire region)...On that particular saturday, there was an all-day horse race around this area of Vermont..
This particular spot is known as a tripod hole because the trees frame Jenne Farm in the back..[the horses are hard to see,.. I suppose I could have lasso just the horses-riders-
their shadows and lighten them
but I didn't.][almost but no cigar]
