ÖBB 4024 100 als S 5420 von Innsbruck Hbf nach Garmisch-Partenkirchen vor dem Halt in Klais am 27. Februar 2022.

Ungefähr eine halbe Stunde nach Sonnenuntergang kam am 6. Januar 2025 die RB 18125 aus Königs Wusterhausen über den Bahndamm südlich von Golm im allerletzten Licht vorbei gefahren. Nach dem Halt in Golm, wird der Zug noch bis Griebnitzsee fahren.
Een half uur na zonsondergang kwam op 6 januari 2025 de Regionalbahn 18125 (Königs Wusterhausen - Griebnitzsee) in het allerlaatste licht door Golm gereden. Een paar minuten later was het volledig donker en kon ik tevreden naar huis.
Roughly half an hour after the sun had set on January 6th 2025, a class 442 railcar, running from Königs Wusterhausen to Griebnitzsee as regional train 18125, arrived at Golm.
Am 20. Januar 2024 kam beim REX 1510 von Salzburg nach Wörgl statt des planmäßig vorgesehenen Triebzugs der Baureihe 4024 die 1144.111 mit einem CityShuttle Wendezug zum Einsatz. Hintergrund war vermutlich das Hahnenkamm Rennen, für das die Talente in Mehrfachtraktion fuhren und somit nur eingeschränkt zur Verfügung standen. Aus Fotografen-Sicht war das natürlich willkommen und ich betätigte bei Brixen im Thale erfreut den Auslöser, als der klassische Nahverkehrszug meinen Standpunkt bei besten Wetterverhältnissen passierte.
On January 20, 2024, REX 1510 from Salzburg to Wörgl 1144.111 with a CityShuttle push-pull train was used instead of the scheduled class 4024 multiple unit. The reason for this was presumably the Hahnenkamm Race, for which the Talent trainsets ran in multiple traction and were therefore only available to a limited extent. From a photographer's point of view, this was of course welcome and I was delighted to press the shutter release at Brixen im Thale when the classic local train passed my position in the best weather conditions.

“Reading the signs” to forecast the weather was a talent many settlers developed. To assist, early barns were decorated with a weathervane and lightning rods. This farm was settled by Job Church. Being a butcher by trade, Job was one of the area’s early business men. Built originally as a dairy barn, this is one of the few remaining barns that were repurposed as a tobacco barn.
Nur noch bis Dezember bleiben uns die Talent 2 Triebwagen (oder auch liebevoll "Hamster" genannt) vom Mitelhessenexpress erhalten, wohin sie anschließend hingehen gehen ist unklar. Am 19.04.2023 war ein unbekannt gebliebener 442 auf der RB49 unterwegs und konnte hinter dem Haltepunkt Ostheim (kr. Hanau) von mir mit dem klassischen Haus fotografiert werden!

On the way to St Jacques de Compostel, this statue immortalizes the passage of pilgrims. The road is still long to reach the tomb of the apostle Saint James the Major. The Compostella Routes, which correspond to several routes in Spain and France, were declared in 1987 as the "First Cultural Route" by the Council of Europe. Since 2013, the routes of Compostela attract more than 200 000 pilgrims each year.

Am letzten November-Wochenende fanden auf der Hochrheinbahn Gleisbauarbeiten zwischen Waldshut und Bad Säckingen statt. Daher waren der IRE3 sowie die RB35 nicht durchgängig befahrbar. Die RB pendelte zwischen Basel und Bad Säckingen, während der IRE gleich in zwei Teile gebrochen wurde. Zum einen fuhren die Züge aus Friedrichshafen nur bis Singen und der andere Teil pendelte zwischen Waldshut und Beringen! Zweiterem widmete ich mich am 27. November, denn hier kamen die Triebwagen der Baureihe 644 zum Einsatz, welche sonst nur zwischen Basel und Lauchringen unterwegs sind. Hier rollt 644 035 gerade gemütlich als IRE 32958 in den Bahnhof Erzingen ein, bevor es nach kurzem Halt weiter in Richtung Waldshut geht.

Western Wyoming Community College wrestlers competed in the 2022 Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational. The team finished in 32nd place with 5 total points in a field dominated by NCAA Division I programs.
Western Wyoming's participation in this tournament is notable as it is a junior college program (NJCAA) competing against elite NCAA Division I talent. Outside of the Cliff Keen Invitational, the program has been highly successful in its own division.
The wrestler in the middle, Joseph Mecham (141 lbs), competed in the consolation round of 16 #1 against Jordan Carlucci of Sacred Heart.
Not pictured, and the only other Western Wyoming match I captured was Tristan Carman (197 lbs), who competed in the consolation round of 16 #1 against Caden Gerlach of California Baptist.
They are watching the 197# consolation round of 16 #2, bout 365; between Evan Bockman (Utah Valley) and Nick Copley (Sacred Heart).
The Cliff Keen Las Vegas Wrestling Invitational was held on Friday, December 2, 2022, and Saturday, December 3, 2022, at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
