Nur ein Talent-Doppelzug, an der Niederrheinbahn aber schon längst Geschichte: 643 051 und 035 als RE 10029 von Kleve nach Düsseldorf bei Kempen-Voersch.
Er stond nog één trein op het programma op de fraaie stek in Lehmen, namelijk de RegionalBahn naar Bullay. Het moment om dan toch eens een foto van op hoogstatief te maken.
Ik meende me te herinneren dat de RegionalBahnen op de Moselstrecke met Talent 2- treinstellen werden gereden, maar voor de gelegenheid kregen we een gewone Quietschie. Ook niet slecht tussen de wijnranken natuurlijk.
Ik vind deze stellen nog niet eens zo lelijk trouwens, maar beter ook want in principe ga ik deze ook tegenkomen tijdens mijn volgende zomervakantie aan de Bodensee.
Zoals meestal, bleven we nog een aantal minuten wachten na de passage van de trein, je weet maar nooit dat er nog cargo zou volgen. Dat was echter niet het geval en zo verlieten we dus het Moezeldal om koers te zetten naar de Rijn via een uiterst pittoreske weg via Alken, de L207 en het Mühltal: we hadden namelijk allebei zin in Boppard en hoopten dat het daar ook ondertussen zo uitgeklaard zou zijn - het was maar één dal verder dus die kans was er wel.

Finally on my high pole, I could photograph this EMU class 425 as last train at the location in Lehmen. Due tu engeneering works, this train was running as RegionalBahn from Koblenz to Bullay.
A nice view mids the vines of the Lehmener Würzlay.
We decided to leave the valley of the Mosel and decided to go to the Rhine Valley, more precisely to the Bopparder Hamm, hoping to find there equally some bright sunny spells.

Ein Talent-2 fuhr am 19. Januar 2025 als RB 18252 von Potsdam Hbf nach Wustermark. Bei Bornim Grube gab es noch ein wenig Raureif an den Bäumen was für eine schöne winterlichen Stimmung sorgte.
Op de eerste zonnige dag van het jaar 2025 kon ik te Bornim Grube een Talent-2 treinstel fotograferen die als RB 18252 van Potsdam Hbf naar Wustermark reed. De bomen waren nog met rijp bedekt hetgeen voor een mooie stemming zorgde.
A DB class 442 railcar was headed for Wustermark as regional train 18252 from Potsdam Hbf on January 19th 2025. The trees were covered with hoarfrost and where therefor included in the frame.

Ein Fahrzeug aus dem alltäglichen Betrieb auf der KBS820 zwischen Nürnberg und Bamberg ist der Talent 2 - leider aber oft von Fotografen unbeachtet. Ein solches Fahrzeug, 442 271, passierte am 13. Juni 2021 mit einem Kollegen als RE 4914/4934 nach Saalfeld/Sonneberg (Thür) meinen Standort an einer ehemaligen Anrufschranke in Altendorf. Grüße an den Lokführer Matthias!

Viele der nicht-elektrifizierten Linien rund um Dortmund werden zumindes Teilweise mit Talent 1 betrieben. Im Gegensatz zu Talents in anderen Regionen Deutschlands haben diese mehr Türen, nämlich 2 pro Wagen, welche wegen dem häufigeren und größeren Fahrgastwechsel benötigt werden.
A class 442 railcar was seen on June 1st 2016, passing the "Caputher Gemünde" while travelling to Potsdam Hbf.
Een Talent-2 treinstel passeerde op 1 Juni 2016 het "Caputher Gemünde" als regionale trein RB 288867 (Beelitz Heilstätten - Potsdam) en werd te Caputh gefotografeerd.
Die Verbindung zwischen den Templiner See und den Schwielowsee ist das Caputher Gemünde.
Das Gemünde ist lediglich 800 Meter lang, bietet aber eine schöne Uferpromenade und viele Möglichkeiten zum hinsetzen und entspannen.
Am 1. Juni war ich am äußersten Ende der Promenade und genoss das Wetter.
Als kurz nach 18:00 RB 28867 nach Potsdam die Brücke überquerte, machte die Kamera kurz "klick", danach hieß es wieder Entspannung pur...
