Dirty road to Stokksnes peninsula in south-eastern Iceland is a very special road in the world. She takes you to a place of dreams the Vesturhorn mountains.

I have a question that needs answering. Why are Barn Owls so beautiful when they are hardly ever seen ?!?!
After "Olive (the Little Owl Mum) died, the owlets went completely nocturnal, I had a decision to make, not to take any more photos of them or start to use continuous lighting, I didn't want to use flash. I thought if the lights were on all the time they had a choice to come into them or not...... then one day this lovely Barn Owl decided to join in the party, at first the owlets would chase it off, but now they just come at different times of the night.
Taken in the garden.
This is a different photo of the lost dog Tank that showed up at my gate one day. This was shot the same day as the last photo but processed a bit different. Such a sweet dog. His soul was so kind and loving. I'll never forget that.

Another shot of one of the pretty mountain lakes of Macun. It's a rather longish hike, all in all, but I can't wait to go there again.
Just take my hand, lead, dance with me...and I will simply follow the blueness of the water, the white waves rolling free...where the earth beneath my feet and stars make my heart whole again...in long and priceless moments of shared solitude...

I took this at Whytecliff Park in West Vancouver. This is a small island that is accessible by foot when the tide is low. In the distance, you can see the rock and small lighthouse from my previous post taken on the same day.

Now, I don't usually take photos of toilets, but then again, they are seldom this interesting to shoot. This is one of the old toilets at the Renaissance castle Kronborg, Helsingør, Denmark.
The existing castle, replacing an older one, dates to the late 16th and is considered one of the prime examples of the North Renaissance style. It was a royal residence from the begin up to 1785, when it was turned over the army which used it up until 1923. After this the place got renovated and opened to the public. It is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
